An event which I never ever forget for my whole life and take off a few KG of mine during the preparation of it.. this is the biggest event in FAM and the last event that I take part for my university life(MBA and DBA wont organize things gua)..


I have learn a lot from this event organizing, I experience more,given more chance to tackle different problem, meet with different people and the most important, a reality platform that I can understand and FEEL the the theory that we have learned from text book...

Now, I think I know better about those tricks of corporate politics,even though i might pro with it...hehe...the world of "big names/VIP" is really a bit hard to understand and tremendously dangerous...one step off may cost u everything,Ur hard work,preparation and more...
my advise:dun ever try this yourself,leave the danger to them...(additional edition for English.hehe)

we enjoy happiness and sadness, sweat and tear during this event from the starting point to the chequer flag...thank god.

I am more than happy when the event has officially ended with a great success,i believe those little mistaken is too minor to cover off our hard work for last few months...
I did experience the what is information power;it is not only a sources of power but nonetheless the source of a leader to continue to keep Ur power...when you fail to have the full version of information on hand,
you will definitely not able to do the best decision and will cost Ur team to lost the direction and confidence to move forward..
this make me understand why there is a rule stated that general of army are allowed to reject or ignored any order from the majesty as no one will know better than the one who stand in the front line..
(keep my words,in the future when we are managers or executive level,never ever forget the feedback from front line.)


after this event, I do found some weaknesses that have to work on..
Strengthen Adaptability; how to go from zero to hero in a short period of time,sometime do cost me to lost my own direction as well...
Strengthen responsiveness; I lost myself,my confidence and hope when unexpected downturn or tragedy visit ....
however, thank god, I am glad someone did step out and allow me to recharge my battery and do some physical and mental adjustment...


here, I would like thank all people and parties that give us your help....
all those teaching, rushing things out for the whole night, unlimited support from the beginning to the end...
I swear I wont forget any of you guys for my whole life..

If the god allow so, plz do not hesitate to visit the founder of LKV Corporation PLC/berhad & its subsidiaries...
He is always there waiting someone to knock his door and go yam cha....
