选科/elective subject

下个学期可以自选科，这包括了industrial relations, leadership and team building 和service management..

到底要选那一科呢？
听完了briefing后，让我感到还要乱。。

IR-->应该会围绕着法律来转，这包括了一家企业和相关的组织的关系，以及和员工团体的关系等等;讲师还说这科是为了不要让我们的企业沦落到上法庭的对搏公堂的地步。。。
有人从听完后就一直坚定地说要选这科，还不断的游说大家选这科；也有人说因为其他2科都算是学过了，所以没必要浪费钱去再念过。。。
我对这科最大的阻力应该是这需要被法律条规，在CBL一战后，对法律有了一定的恐惧。。。。

LTB-->这科应该算是讲求领导和组织的一科，这可应该是3科里面比较有可能比较好过的。。
这科听起来有趣的地方是assignment是以不同的职位对一个activity所应该处理的方法和理论。。。
这听起来和MPIO有点类似，所以是否还要选这科呢？
LTB有可能对CGPA有帮助也可能没有。。。
对这科的阻力应该算是如果讲theory，可能还是没什么差，而且讲师说要apply theory在activity的assignment...
对我而言，领导人是天生的天分加后天的努力及锻炼才能成功。。。
而所谓的锻炼指的是实习或实战，不单单是书上的理论。。。。
书上提的只不过是领导的模式，这只能说是领导的冰山一角。。
现实上领导和组织要包含的是一个领导要如何领导一个团队和模式，如何插入自己的人和壮大自己的影响力，如何巩固自己的地位，以及如何能确保自己领导的团队能够完成任务。。

S.M--> 这科我基本上是没什么太大的兴趣。。。
这看起来有点是从PM里面，进行深入地学习管理服务的一环。。。
主要的原因是因为这科需要一点计算，这也是我最讨厌的。。。
其次，这将是该名讲师第一次教这一课，这又点冒险，因为我们可能当白老鼠；如果她能拿捏得好，可能会简单过关，如果不，那么我就有可能变牺牲品了。。。。


看来我需要更多时间来想想这个问题，你们可以给我些意见吗？？？

Is time to make selection for next semester elective subject, the options include industrial relations, leadership and team building and service management....

which subject should I go for??
I have hard time to make the decision espeically after the briefing...


IR-->it will be most propably surronding the law for an enterprise with its related business and industry association and the labour union relationship and etc...as refer to what the lecturer said,this subject is to make sure that our business will not be ended up at the court...
someone has make decision of taking this subject, and start to persue others to take this as well; nonetheless, people think that this should be better choice as the remaining are those which has more or less learned before, and therfore do not worth to waste money to take such subject again....
For me,the things that stop me is the law and acts that may consits in this subject....after the CBL, I do have some fear on any subject that required to memorize acts.........

LTB-->this subject is mostly going to talk about leading and team building,this might be the one that going to have easier life amonst all 3 of them....
this subjects is a bit interstingas the assignment will require student to discuss theory and action for an particulat activity with respective position as assigned...
this seen to bit similiar with MPIO, so should I choose this subject>?
LTB might contribute well to the CGPA but it might be not either....
the point that might stop me would be if this is more on theories,it wil be meaningless as lecturer require students to apply the theory in the assignment...
I believe a successful leader is not just born with the talent,but also require the afford and practice....
it refers to the practical traning and practice not only the theories and philosophy stated in the text...
text books will mostly mention the methods of leading which are really a corner of an iceberg...
I believe leading and team building in the real world do consits of which methods should we select to lead the team, how we strengthen our influence and position in the organization and team, how we can ensure the team can achieve the mission under our leadership and etc......

S.M--> this subject basically do not attract my interst too much...
it look like this is kind of extension from PM, which will be concern on the management of service...
this is mainly because it require some calculation which I hate the most...
secondly, this will be the first time for the lecturer to teach this subject, this come with some degree of risks where we might be white mice for that; if she can take it well , this will be give an easy way to go through, however I might be sacrificed if it go negative....


it seem like I need to get some time to consider on this matter, can u guys give me some advice???
